Android Tablets Loved by Realtors

With the beginning of the advanced era brought on by the revolutionary tablet computers, the real estate industry is bound to undergo a major change in its business transactions. The latest devices have made it easier to present real estate to clients, helping them visualize the venues.

In a recent research carried out by California Association of Realtors, it has been concluded that of all the home buyers and sellers who use the Internet (almost 80% of buyers and 60% of sellers), responsiveness is the foremost aspect in selecting a realtor and in bringing the most satisfaction to buyers after a transaction.

Buyers and clients can also use tablets to sign paperwork and send the details right into the realtor’s office via their wireless connection.

Furthermore, lots of realtors have also acknowledged the fact that sending and receiving emails through a tablet is much more efficient than using the smartphone. One real estate agent commented: “I met with a client recently and was able to engage her in the discussion as never before. I pulled up a map on my tablet, handed her the electronic pen and let her highlight exactly where she wanted to live. There is a tremendous ‘wow’ factor attached to the Tablet PC and it offers functionality that isn’t available with my Mac. Clients’ eyes light up when I bring it out.”

The last important factor for using a tablet is concealed within the apps.
