Kobo Touch Firmware Update 2.0 Out Now
Kobo ebook reader users out there will be thrilled to find that your company of choice has recently released another update for the Kobo Touch reader: firmware version 2.0, along with the Kobo desktop software, at its 3.0 version already. With this new development, Kobo fixed some problems that occurred and of course added some extra features to the Kobo Touch ebook reader.

Everyone expected the moment when Kobo would fix the homescreen look of their Touch ebook reader. Until now, it looked crowded and would be quite aggressive on the eyes with all the recommended reading titles occupying such a big part of the page. It basically looked like an annoying ad, only it wasn’t quite that.
Another big up goes to the addition of the bookshelves and it was only a matter of time until Kobo took the example of other ebook readers and added this option.
The Font Tuning feature is already present on the Kindles and the Sony PRS-T1 and users are quite happy with it, therefore this new addition is heartily welcomed by Kobo users. Through this option, you can darken or lighten the letters, thus making them look bolder. They can of course look a bit rough around the edges and jagged even, but overall it’s a successful addition.
Firmware updates are always awaited, because this is what this business is all about. No developer creates the perfect device from the first try, so these updates come in handy when companies want to keep their customers happy and loyal.
